Sample program: 2 days Cairo & Pyramids (from Eilat, Israel)

DAY 1- Early morning transfer from Eilat to Cairo. visit the Pyramids, Sphinx ,Valley Temple and Papyrus Institute. Dinner and overnight in hotel.  DAY 2- After breakfast we visit the Cairo Museum, Khan El Khalili open air bazaar in Old Cairo, return to Eilat.

DAY 1- A.M. pickup from your hotel in Eilat for transfer to Egypt border at Taba to be met by your Egyptian guide/escort. Drive across the Sinai to Cairo for overnight.  DAY 2- Following breakfast visit Memphis and Saqara, lunch break, Pyramids & Sphinx, Papyrus Institute.  Overnight Cairo.  DAY 3- Cairo Museum, Old Cairo, Saladin’s Citadel, Mohammed Ali Mosque, Khan El Khalili open air bazaar.  DAY 4 Transfer to Eilat or Cairo airport.

DAY 1- Depart for Cairo, dinner & overnight.  DAY 2- Memphis, Sakkara, Pyramids, Valley Temple, Papyrus Institute. Dinner & overnight train to Aswan.  DAY 3-6 Board cruise ship in Aswan and sail 4 days/3 nights along the Nile visiting Aswan and surroundings, Komombo, Esna, Luxor, Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple. DAY 6- Disembark ship for flight Luxor-Cairo, dinner & overnight.  DAY 7- Cairo Museum, Old Cairo, Citadel of Saladin, Mohammed Ali Mosque, Khan El Khalili Bazaar, dinner & overnight Cairo.  DAY 8- Transfer to Eilat or Cairo airport.

DAY 1 Arrival in Cairo, transfer to hotel for overnight. DAY 2- Memphis, Saqara, Pyramids, Sphinx, Papyrus Institute, overnight train to Aswan.  DAY 3- Temple of Philae, Aswan High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk, sail on “felucca” to view Aga Khan Mausoleum, and Elephantine Island, overnight Aswan.  DAY 4- Drive along Nile to Esna, Edfu’s Temple of Horus, Kom Ombo, overnight Luxor (ancient Thebes).  DAY 5- Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple,  overnight train to Cairo.  DAY 6- Old Cairo, Citadel of Saladin, Mohammed Ali Mosque, Ibn Ezra synagogue, Khan El Khalili Bazaar, overnight Cairo.  DAY 7- “Land of Goshen to Mt. Sinai”: Heliopolis (biblical On), Wadi Tumilat, the "storage cities" of Pithom (Tell el Maskhutah) and Ramses (Tell el Kantir), overnight Mt. Sinai.  DAY 8- Climb Mt. Sinai, St. Katherine’s Monastery, continue overland via sandstone valley of Bikat Hajaj and Ein Hudra oasis (possibly Hatzerot of the Exodus), overnight on the Red Sea, DAY 9- Swim and explore the colorful coral reefs of the Red Sea.  Early afternoon departure to Cairo or Israel.
